We will exchange or return any charm within 15 days of shipment.

1.) Contact us via email or fax. Please provide order number and date of purchase, along with a copy of receipt.

2.) We will provide you with an RA number

3.) Return product via USPS and include RA number on package

4.) Once received we will ship replacement product or credit your charge card.
